Interim Customer Services Officer

Beschrijving

For one of our clients in the Food industry Morgan Green is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Officer.

As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll leverage your customer-focused mindset and communication skills to manage orders and ensure smooth order-to-cash coordination, tackling new challenges daily while engaging with diverse customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Managing customer orders: You will ensure that all customer orders are accurately and timely processed, entering all relevant details into the system for smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintaining Clean Desk procedures: Ensure SAP-related order, invoice, and correction procedures are followed accurately.
• Main point of contact: You will serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Planning to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Proactive communication: Regularly update customers on order statuses, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
• Contribute to improvements: Take part in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, process optimization, and automation.

Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you should have:
• MBO/HBO degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in a customer care or order management role, ideally in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and French or English and Italian (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

  • Fulltime contract for 8 months
  • 3 days working from home with flexible hours
